The aim of China IPO Group is to invest in Chinese companies with growth potential mainly situated within Business Incubators and Science Parks in China.

China IPO Group also provides financial consulting and advisory services.

Strategy

Investment strategy
The Company has entered into collaboration arrangements with one Incubator in Xi’an and two in Tianjin for the introduction of the Company to potential investment opportunities. Together, the Partner Incubators currently host over 500 companies.

The Company intends to build a portfolio of investments focusing on start-up growth companies and pre-IPO companies in China. The Company intends to make capital investments in companies within the Incubators which possess IP and/or market potential, and also to make second or third round investments in companies ready for IPO. It will also make pre-IPO investments, and occasionally post-IPO opportunities will also be considered.

The Company has a Chinese operating subsidiary, IPO Beijing Investment Consulting Limited, which was incorporated by the Company in Beijing in November 2007 in order to manage operations in China. A key component of China IPO’s investment strategy is to co-invest with local investors in China, who will share the risk and contribute to the analysis and management of the investment opportunity.

Consulting Strategy
The Company provides financial consulting and advisory services, and assistance in mergers and acquisitions, both for its own investee companies and for other companies. Together with the Chinese subsidiary and a network of contacts both in China and elsewhere, the Company is ideally positioned to assist Chinese companies in their international strategy and foreign companies in their China strategy.
